TripHax (as data controller) collects personally identifiable information when you register for a TripHax account, when you use the TripHax application, when you enter promotions or competitions and when you visit TripHax pages or the pages of certain TripHax partners outside the branded TripHax network of websites. TripHax may combine information (including personally identifiable information) about you that we have with information that we obtain from business partners or other companies.

A publicly accessible area is any area of TripHax that is accessible by the general public and may be indexed by search engines.

Remember that this information may remain indefinitely in the publicly accessible area of the service. TripHax disclaims any responsibility for any harm and/or damages resulting from the use of the application and/or the downloading of postings of other parties.
By making Content available, the user represents and warrants that the downloading, copying and use of the Content will not infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity or proprietary rights (including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark or trade secret rights, of any third party).
In the case of a user who may infringe or repeatedly infringes the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of TripHax or others, TripHax may, in its discretion, terminate and/or deny access to, and/or deny use of the Application, Products, and/or Services
TripHax may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes in the way we use your information, we will notify you by sending a notice to the email address specified in your TripHax account or by posting a prominent notice on our pages.
